Original 1st printing (1967 post-show commemorative) 16 x 22" concert poster for Big Brother & the Holding Company (featuring Janis Joplin), appearing with Moby Grape and the Sons of Champlin at the Ark in Sausalito, CA from 10/13-14/1967;

 Art by John Lichtenwalner, medium-thick flat index stock poster is in very good (B/B+) condition; there are staple holes in all four corners and in the top/bottom center margins, along with a few stray edge nicks, tiny crinkle creases and a couple of small nip tears scattered around the outer margin area, a nearly-invisible thin hairline bend (about 4-5") along the lower left margin, a hint of corner-tip creasing, a few well-camouflaged handling/stress bends hiding within the image area and a whisper of mild paper toning on the reverse side, otherwise it is a very bright, gently-used example of this colorful concert artifact from the legendary Sausalito "late-night" venue.
