Original 1st printing 15 x 20" concert poster for a series of show held at the See nightclub in Detroit, MI from 6/30-7/4/1967.

 Shows listed include the MC5 with the Charles Moore Ensemble on 6/30, CME (again) with Billy C. and the Sunshine on 7/1, Billy C. (again) with Seventh Seal on 7/2 and again on 7/4, along with a special Independence Day poetry reading with John Sinclair, Jim Semark and more.

  Medium-thin flat index stock poster is in good (B) condition; there are a couple of approximately 2 x 3" stains on the reverse side that just begin to peek through the paper around the top of the eagle's head and around "Independence", along with a set of tack holes (all four corners), a bit of light pin-prick splattering along the lower margin area and in the lower left/right borders, a few tiny edge creases/thin bends and a couple of tiny nips scattered around the outer margin area, a few stray handling dings and a couple of light tape pulls on the reverse side, otherwise OK.

Very decent-looking semi-used example of this patriotic 1967 Gary Grimshaw poster from the short-lived Detroit nightclub.
