 Art by Bob Thomas, extra-thick glossy-coated cardboard display is in near mint (A-) condition; aside from a couple of tiny pressure creases in the corner tips and a loose fingerprint smudge or two, this example is in tip-top shape (easel-back is unopened).

 Nifty little original late-'60's Dead promo item, I haven't had one of these pass through in YEARS.
