Original 1st printing 14&1/4 x 19&7/8" concert poster for the Grass Roots appearing with Daily Flash and Sopwith Camel* at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco, CA from 7/1-3/1966. (*Friday and Sunday only- "Sun." sticker intact)

 Art by (and SIGNED in pencil by) Wes Wilson (photo by Philippe Halsman), image ("Wonderland") is # 15 in the Family Dog/Avalon series.

 Medium flat vellum stock poster is in very good to excellent (B/B+ to B+) condition; there is a small pressure crease with a tiny nip tear and a couple of small droplet-sized moisture stains and a few light smudges along the upper left margin, along with a couple of extra-tiny pin-prick age spots scattered around the outer margin area, a tiny bend along the extreme upper right margin, a couple of VERY soft/light handling dings hiding within the image area and a few soft scuffs/spots on the reverse side, otherwise fine.

 Overall, this is one of the nicer-condition 1st printing "Wonderland" posters I have handled over the years, quite a few of them are pretty conditionally compromised.
