Original 1st printing 14&1/4 x 20" concert poster for "A Tribute To J. Edgar Hoover", a one-night-only event featuring the Jook Savages (featuring Rick Griffin!) appearing with Blue Cheer, Congress of Wonders and the Mojo Men at California Hall in San Francisco, CA on 2/10/1967.

 Art by Soot Productions, image (handbill with a slightly different color scheme) is featured in the Art of Rock book on page 176 (plate 2.150).

 Medium-thick flat vellum stock poster is in very good to excellent (B+) condition; there are a few tiny edge nips/crinkle creases scattered along the left/right margins, along with a series of very soft/well-camouflaged horizontal roll bends/stress creases hiding within the image area, a soft pinch bend in the top center margin and a sliver of edge toning on the reverse side, otherwise fine.

 One of the more unusual entries in the Art of Rock book from a period (early 1967) that generated a LOT of weird images.
