Description
Original 1st printing 5&3/8 8&1/2" concert handbill for Country Joe & the Fish appearing with United Empire Loyalists (Fri) and Fat Jack (Sat) at Eagles Auditorium in Seattle, WA from 11/17-18/1967.
Art by John Moehring, image is SFH 084A in Scott McDougall's "Split Fountain Hieroglyphics".
Thin flat stock handbill is in near mint to excellent (A-/B+ to B+) condition; aside from a small pressure crease with a couple of ultra-tiny pin-prick spots in the bottom center margin and a nearly-invisible handling ding or two hiding within the image area, it is a VERY sharp/mostly-clean example of this evocative late-'67 John Moehring-designed handbill from Eagles.
Sinister portrait of Aleister Crowley on this one!
