Original 1st printing 9&1/4 x 11&5/8" double-sided ("ID Magazine" promo on reverse side) concert flyer for Texas psychedelic legends the 13th Floor Elevators appearing with the Sir Douglas Quintet at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco, CA from 9/2-3/1966.

 Thin flat stock flyer is in good (B) condition; there is a small edge tear along the bottom center margin, along with a bit of mild edge toning and a few light creases along the left/right margins, a few thin vertical stress bends (paper tightening) around "Sir Douglas", a few light handling dings hiding within the image area, a couple of tiny pin-prick spots in the upper right and extreme left margins and a couple of tiny corner-tip bends, otherwise fine.

 An overall fine-looking 1st printing example of this early Avalon flyer featuring none other than Roky and the Elevators!
