Original 1st printing 20 x 25&3/4" silkscreen concert/event poster for the (Third Annual) Big Sur Folk Festival, held at Esalen Hot Springs in Big Sur, CA from 7/9-10/1966.

 Art by J. Myrick, poster lists festival participants: Joan Baez, Judy Collins, Mimi Fariña, Mark Spolestra, Malvina Reynolds, Al Kooper (Blues Project/Bob Dylan/BS&T) and Nancy Carlen.

 Medium-thick flat vellum stock hand-pulled silkscreen poster is in good to very good (B to B/B+) condition; there are a few thin horizontal stress creases and hairline thin bends (paper tightening from moisture exposure) scattered throughout the image area, along with a bit of VERY light pin-prick age spotting throughout the image/outer margin area, a small staple hole with a tiny wedge pull in the left center margin and a minor amount of edge/corner-tip wear (a few tiny edge nicks and a stray pressure crease/corner-tip bend or two), otherwise fine.
