Original 1st printing 8&1/2 x 11" double-sided concert flyer for a series of shows held at the Ash Grove in Los Angeles, CA from 5/3-6/2/1968.

Flyer lists appearances by Taj Mahal (5/3-5), Albert King (5/7-12), Ramblin' Jack Elliot (5/14-19) and Freddie King (with John Lee Hooker and Big Walter Smith, 5/24-6/2);

Designer unknown/not credited, thin flat stock flyer is in good/decent (B/B-) condition; there are semi-flattened horizontal/vertical folds, along with a few small splatter stains around Freddie King's photo (bleed-through from the other side), a 2" diagonal bend with a bit of toning along the lower right margin, a few tiny corner-tip bends, soft handling dings here and there and a bit of pen scratch (the phone number of Pinnacle Productions' Marc Chase, in black ballpoint) on the bio side, otherwise OK.

 Fascinating mid-1968 concert artifact from the venerable Los Angeles nightspot, I don't see a lot of material from the Ash Grove.
