Original 1st printing 5&1/8 x 8&1/2" concert handbill for the Grateful Dead appearing with Taj Mahal at the Shrine Expo Hall in Los Angeles, CA from 8/23-24/1968.
 
 Photo by Chick Strand, thin flat stock handbill is in very good (B/B+) condition; there are tack holes in the top/bottom center margins, along with mild to moderate toning, a couple of very hard-to-see surface stains and a tiny bend in the lower right margin, otherwise it is a fine-looking example of this fairly hard-to-find mid-1968 Grateful Dead concert artifact from Los Angeles. (*portions of these shows were used for "Two from the Vault")
