 Thin flat stock flyer is in near mint to excellent (A-/B+ to B+) condition; really nothing more than a couple of nearly-invisible handling creases and a tiny ink streak or two scattered around the outer margin area, otherwise it is a VERY clean example of the black-and-white version of Mouse and Kelley's iconic "Edgar Allan Poe" Avalon flyer.
