Description

Original 1st printing 8&1/2 x 11" concert flyer for the New Riders of the Purple Sage appearing with Mickey Hart & the Heartbeats and Bobby Ace (Weir) and His Cards From the Bottom of the Deck (AKA the Grateful Dead) and Charlie Musselwhite at the Family Dog on the Great Highway in San Francisco, CA from 4/17-19/1970.

Art by Randy Tuten, image is FD-700417 in the Family Dog/Great Highway series. (Eric King designation)

Thin flat stock flyer is in near mint to excellent (A-/B+ to B+) condition; there is a small horizontal pressure crease/ding along the lower right margin, along with a few VERY soft handling dings scattered around the outer margin area, a minuscule bend in the bottom left corner tip and a tiny pin-prick spot in the lower right quadrant of the interior photo, otherwise it is an absolutely FANTASTIC-looking example of this fairly uncommon early-'70 Grateful Dead/NRPS concert artifact from the Great Highway.
