Original 1st printing 5 x 7&1/8" blank-reverse concert handbill for the Grateful Dead appearing with the James Cotton Blues Band and Lothar & the Hand People at the Fillmore Auditorium in San Francisco, CA from 11/18-19/1966. 
 
 Art by Wes Wilson, image is # 38 in the Bill Graham/Fillmore series.
 
 Medium-thin flat index stock handbill is in near mint (A- to A-/B+) condition; aside from a tiny diagonal roll bend in the uper right margin/corner tip, a tiny bump in the upper left corner tip and a soft smudge in the top center margin, it is a nearly-perfect example of this evocative late-'66 Fillmore handbill
