Description

Original 1st printing 14&1/2 x 20&3/8" 1967/68 Reprise Records promotional poster for Jimi Hendrix.
 
 Designer unknown/not credited, medium-thick vellum stock poster is in very good (B/B+) condition; there is a moderate degree of curling to the paper, along with pin/staple holes in all four corners, a series of semi-camouflaged stress bends/handling dings hiding within the image area, a small stain on the "m" of "Jimi", a 1" diagonal bend in the upper right corner, a bit of minor edge wear and a subtle moisture stain along the lower left margin, otherwise fine.

 VERY SCARCE 1960's-era Jimi Hendrix promo item, borrowing heavily from Victor Moscoso's Neon Rose #2 (Steve Miller) poster, right down to the color scheme.
