Original 1st printing 21&3/4 x 14" concert poster for the Youngbloods appearing with Screamin' Jay Hawkins and Lee Michaels at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco, CA from 2/7-9/1969.
 
 Art by Rick Griffin, image ("Hopi Eyeball") is featured in the Art of Rock on page 108 (plate 2.22) and is part of the Soundproof Presents (post-Family Dog Avalon) series.
 
 Medium-thick glossy-coated index stock poster is in very good (B/B+) condition; there are staple holes in all four corners and in the right-side panel of the image, along with hairline-thin diagonal bends in the upper left corner and along the lower left margin, a light amount of surface wear (light scuffing/razor-thin scratches), a light amount of handling wear and a few tiny edge nips/dings scattered around the outer margin area, otherwise fine- most of the conditional issues on this example are fairly minor and mostly limited to the outer edges, the image area looks pretty sharp.
