Original 1st printing 14 x 20" concert poster for Jefferson Airplane appearing with the Grateful Dead at the Carousel Ballroom in San Francisco, CA from 3/15-17/1968.

 Art by (and SIGNED in black flair pen by) Alton Kelley, image ("Sore Thumb") is featured in the Art of Rock on page 182 (plate 2.172).

 Medium flat index stock poster is in good (B) condition; there are large tack holes in all four corners, along with tiny wedge tears in the lower left/right corner tips, a light amount of toning, a thin vertical surface scratch in the upper right margin, a bit of creasing along the upper left margin, a few stray soft surface scuffs and tiny pin-prick spots scattered around the image area and a bit of light red pen scratch on the reverse side, otherwise fine.
