Original 1st printing 14&1/4 x 20" concert poster for the Grateful Dead appearing with Andrew Staples at the Old Cheese Factory in San Francisco, CA on 11/12/1966. 

Art by Stanley Mouse and Alton Kelley, image is featured in the Art of Rock on page 186 (plate 2.185). 

 Medium-thick flat vellum stock poster is in very good (B+) condition; there are a series of small stains on the reverse side that bleed through the paper just to the left of "Lights" and about 6" up from the lower left corner (about a 1" stain), along with a series of ultra-tiny "mouse bite" nips scattered around the outer margin area, a tiny dark stain/spot in the lower right margin (just to the right of "Good Times"), a few stray tiny pin-prick age spots here and there and a hint of edge handling, otherwise it is a VERY sharp example of this always-in-demand Grateful Dead poster from late-'66.
