Original 1st printing 11 x 17" concert poster for "The George Big Ball", a multi-act show featuring appearances by the Hedds, Butch Engle & the Styx, the Mystery Trend and Quicksilver Messenger Service, held at California Hall in San Francisco, CA on 2/21/1966.
 
 Artist unknown/not credited, thin flat index stock poster is in decent/used (B/B-) condition; there are a pair of paper wedges missing from the upper left/right corners, along with a series of flattened horizontal/vertical creases, a couple of small staple-hole wedge pulls along the left margin, light handling wear and "AND the Quicksilver Messenger Service" is hand-written in black flair pen, otherwise OK.

 Conditional issues aside, this is one SCARCE puppy from the very earliest days of the SF psychedelic scene (this show was only TWO DAYS after the FD #1 "Tribal Stomp" show).
