Original 1st (OP-1 in the Eric King Guide) printing 14 x 22" concert poster for the Grateful Dead appearing with the Doors and the Junior Wells Blues Band (with Buddy Guy) at the Fillmore Auditorium in San Francisco, CA from 1/13-14/1967.

 Medium flat index stock poster in decent/used (B/B-) condition; there are large tack holes in all four corners, along with a series of small vertical/diagonal tears scattered along the top/bottom margins, a 1" square piece of the upper right corner tip that is being held on with a small piece of clear tape on the reverse, a 5" diagonal bend along the lower right margin, corner-tip creasing/wear in all four corners, a small surface scrape on the "ay" of "Saturday", a 1&1/2" wedge tear going throug "Afternoon" and "Jan.", a few stray handling dings hiding within the image area, a small hole in the "o" of "Chicago, a few small pressure creases along the left margin, a soft diagonal roll bend going through "Chicago" and a few other little minor issues here and there... definitely used, but still in OK shape- probably a good candidate for restoration, but I will leave that up to the buyer.
