Original 1st printing 17&5/8 x 22&5/8" concert poster for the Grateful Dead appearing with Canned Heat, Santana, Lee Michaels and Tarantula at Aztec Bowl (Stadium) on the campus of San Diego State University on 5/11/1969.
 
 Designer unknown/not credited, image is featured in the Art of Rock book on page 286 (plate 3.102).

  Medium-thin textured vellum stock poster is in near mint to excellent (A-/B+ to B+) condition; aside from a couple of well-camouflaged handling creases and a tiny pin-prick spot or two hiding within the image area and a hint of edge toning, it is a nearly-clean example of this hard-to-find low-run 1969 Dead concert artifact from San Diego.
