Original 1st printing 14&1/4 x 20" concert poster for the Grateful Dead appearing with Andrew Staples at the Old Cheese Factory in San Francisco, CA on 11/12/1966. 

Art by Stanley Mouse and Alton Kelley, image is featured in the Art of Rock on page 186 (plate 2.185). 

 Medium-thick flat vellum stock poster has been professionally restored to excellent (B+) condition; the top margin has had a small paper fill and tape stain removal (minor touch-ups around the "nn" of "Anniversary" and the "a" of "Party"), staple holes filled/touch-ups in the lower left/right corners and a couple of stains removed from the reverse side- other than that, there are a few minor handling dings/thin bends here and there, but overall it looks REALLY nice.

As the years pass, the early (1966/67) Grateful Dead posters are becoming increasingly hard to find, this one is certainly no exception. Haven't had one in YEARS!
