Set of three (3) original 1st printing blank-reverse concert handbills for a series of 1968 shows held at the Bank in Torrance, CA.
All are on semi-thick smooth index card stock, set consists of the following handbills;
Quicksilver Messenger Service appearing with the Sons of Champlin, Ace of Cups ("Cubs") and Love Exchange from 9/20-22/1968;
Sweetwater appearing with Black Pearl and Fields from 10/25-26/1968;
Ten Years After appearing with the Collectors and the Floating Bridge from 11/8-9/1968;
Art by Robert A. Wilson, the QMS image is featured in the Art of Rock book on page 283 (plate 3.89).
Conditions are all very good (B/B+) condition; they all have tape pulls on the reverse, the QMS/TYA cards have staple holes in the top/bottom margins and all of them have a bit of minor handling and a few tiny pin-prick surface spots here and there, but overall they look pretty sharp.
Nifty little set of late-'60's concert artifacts from Southern California!
