Original 1st printing 8&1/2 x 11" concert flyer for Big Brother and the Holding Company (featuring Janis Joplin) appearing at the Matrix in San Francisco, CA from 11/1-6/1966. 
 
 Art by (and SIGNED in black flair pen by) Stanley Mouse, image is featured in the Art of Rock on page 164 (plate 2.111).
 
 Thin flat stock flyer is in very good to excellent (B/B+ to B+) condition; there are a couple of light bends scattered around the outer margin area, along with a few soft pin-prick surface stains and a bit of minor smudging around "Big Brother", a couple of tiny edge dings and light spots along the upper left and bottom margins, a few stray handling dings/soft creases here and there and a couple of very light stains on the reverse side, otherwise fine.
