Original 1st printing 8&1/2 x 11" single-page typed "casual" contract with attached 5&1/2 x 7" AFM receipt for an appearance by the Grateful Dead at McArthur Court on the campus of the University of Oregon in Eugene, OR on 5/31/1969.
Contract has been HAND-SIGNED by both a band representative (drummer Bill Kreutzmann, in blue ballpoint pen) and the promoter (Stan McGriff, in black ballpoint pen).
Thin flat stock contract is in good/decent (B/B-) condition; as it is a piece of used (and worn) office material, there are a couple of minor creases/bends, hand-corrected annotations (band member's SS numbers blocked out in black marker), a couple of small chunks of paper out of the bottom margin, a rusty staple and a few other assorted minor issues here and there, but for a half-century-old piece of used office material, it has survived quite well.
ULTRA-UNIQUE one-of-a-kind Grateful Dead 1969 concert artifact, including details about the band's fee, the sound ("GRATEFUL DEAD TO SUPPLY PA SYSTEM") and more.
