Original 1st printing 7 x 4&5/8" blank-reverse concert/event handbill for the People's Park Bail Ball, a benefit show featuring the Grateful Dead appearing with Jefferson Airplane, Santana, Bangor Flying Circus, Elvin Bishop Group and Aum, held at Winterland in San Francisco, CA on 5/28/1969.

 Artist not credited (although I think Bonnie MacLean did this one), image is featured in the Art of Rock book on page 193 (plate 2.204).

 Medium-thin flat index stock handbill is in near mint to excellent (A-/B+ to B+) condition; aside from a trace of light toning along the outer margin area and a tiny corner-tip bump or two, it is a VERY sharp example of this oddball little multi-act benefit concert artifact from Winterland... I used to see these handbills turn up fairly frequently, not so much these days.
