Original 1st printing 8&1/2 x 11" concert flyer for the Grateful Dead appearing with Andrew Staples at the Old Cheese Factory in San Francisco, CA on 11/12/1966.

 Thin flat stock flyer is in good to very good (B to B/B+) condition; there is a tiny bit of blue ballpoint pen scratch along the lower left margin ("710 Ash"), along with a whisper of handling wear, a soft bend in the lower left margin and a thin vertical press streak of light pink ink along the right margin, otherwise it is a VERY sharp example of this late-'66 Mouse/Kelley flyer for a tiny one-night-only local gig by the Dead (apparently one of only a very few events held at the venue).
