Original 1st printing 6&5/8 x 10&7/8" concert flyer/handbill for Jefferson Airplane, Grateful Dead and Fleetwood Mac (with Jeremy Spencer and Peter Green) appearing at the Carousel Ballroom in San Francisco, CA from 6/7-9/1968. (*apparently each band headlined separate nights- the Airplane on Friday, the Dead on Saturday and Fleetwood Mac on Sunday)

 Art by Patrick Lofthouse, image ("Medals") is featured in the Art of Rock on page 182 (plate 2.172).

 Medium-thick flat index stock flyer is in near mint to excellent (A- to A-/B+) condition; really nothing more than a couple of tiny corner-tip creases and a well-camouflaged handling ding or two hiding within the image area, otherwise it is an absolutely SUPERB example of this mid-'68 Carousel Ballroom concert artifact featuring a trio of top-notch headliners.
