Original 1st printing 17 x 21" concert poster for Sha-Na-Na appearing with the Amboy Dukes (featuring Ted Nugent) and Commander Cody and the New Lost Planet Airmen, along with a screening of D.A. Pennebaker's 1967 film "Monterey Pop" at the Aragon Ballroom in Chicago, IL on 7/24/1970.  

 Art by Bruce Weitzmon, medium-thick glossy stock poster is in very good (B/B+) condition; there are a series of VERY light pin-prick age spots, a few tiny creases and dings scattered around the outer margin area, along with a couple of small tears along the right margin, a few well-camouflaged stress/handling creases hiding within the image area, a small wedge tear in the top center margin, a couple of tiny corner-tip pressure creases and a set of tape pulls with a small moisture stain on the reverse side, otherwise fine.

 Very interesting-looking oddball mid-1970 concert artifact from the legendary (and still operating) Chicago ballroom. The consignor actually picked up the poster at the Aragon in about 1972 and has held onto it ever since.
