Description
Original 1st printing 5&1/4 x 7&1/4" postcard-backed concert handbill/card for the Grateful Dead appearing with Quicksilver Messenger Service at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco, CA on 1/27-28/1967.
Art by (and SIGNED in flair pen by both) Stanley Mouse and Alton Kelley, image is # 45 in the Family Dog/Avalon series.
Medium flat index stock card is in near mint to excellent (A-/B+) condition; aside from a nearly-invisible fingerprint mark or two lurking within the image area and a thin strip of tape residue with a couple of tiny pin-prick surface pulls on the reverse side, it is a superb-looking DOUBLE-ARTIST-SIGNED example of this always-popular Mouse/Kelley Grateful Dead image from the Avalon.
