Description
Original 1st printing 5&1/4 x 8&1/2" blank-reverse concert handbill for a benefit show (for the San Francisco Sufi organization) featuring the Grateful Dead, Yogi Bhajan (first yogi to introduce Kundalini Yoga to a wide audience) and a group of Sufi singers and dancers, held at Winterland in San Francisco, CA on 3/24/1971.
Designer unknown/not credited, medium-thin flat vellum stock handbill is in very good (B/B+) condition; there is a thin 1" diagonal bend in the lower right margin/corner, along with a tiny dark pin-prick spot in the middle of the image area, a touch of creasing in the lower left corner and a large tape pull on the reverse, otherwise fine.
Neat little early-'70's Grateful Dead concert artifact from Winterland.
