 Medium flat index stock poster is in near mint to excellent (A-/B+ to B+) condition; aside from a pair of tiny pin-prick spots on the reverse side that peek through the paper in the bottom center border (above "Lights" in the ticket outlet strip), a whisper of handling and a soft bend in the upper right corner, it is a mostly-clean example of this very pretty early-'68 Mouse image from the Avalon series.
