Original 1st printing 13&3/4 x 22&3/8" concert poster for the Grateful Dead appearing with Lightnin' Hopkins and the Loading Zone at the Fillmore Auditorium in San Francisco, CA from 10/21-22/1966 (poster also advertises the 10/23 Yardbirds/Country Joe & the Fish show).

 Medium flat vellum stock poster is in used (B-) condition; there is a fairly heavy amount of edge/corner wear, including a series of nicks, small tears and a 1" chunk out of the lower right edge/corner, a 1&3/4" tear in the bottom center margin (taped on the reverse), a moderate amount of toning, numerous handling creases/small bends and a small tear in the "e" of "Dead", multiple tape pulls/tape remnants on the reverse... as the photo shows, it's definitely a well-worn example.

 While this one falls more into the artifact category, it IS still an original 1966 1st printing and a cheap alternative to a less conditionally-compromised copy.
