Original 1st printing 14 x 20" concert poster for the Charlatans appearing with the Orkustra and Lynne Hughes at Sokol Hall in San Francisco, CA on 3/5/1967. (*this show is often listed as a 1966 event, but it is referenced in Charles Perry's "Haight-Ashbury- A History" as occurring in 1967.)
Art by Alton Kelley with a photo by Herb Greene, image is featured in the Art of Rock on page 68.
Medium flat vellum stock poster is in near mint (A-) condition; aside from a couple of minuscule pressure creases scattered around the outer margin area, a nearly invisible handling ding or two hiding within the image area and a couple of EXTRA-tiny corner-tip bumps, it is a FANTASTIC-looking example of this always-in-demand early 1967 Kelley poster from the AOR.
