Official artist-issued 2nd (1993 silkscreen edition) printing 16&5/8 x 24&5/8" concert poster for the "Avant-Rock" of the MC5 appearing with the Chosen Few at the Grande Ballroom in Detroit, MI from 10/7-8/1966.

 Art by (and SIGNED and numbered 146/325 in pencil by) Gary Grimshaw, image ("The Seagull") is # 1 in the Russ Gibb Presents/Grande series and is featured in the Art of Rock on page 298 (plate 3.135)

 Medium-thick textured vellum stock silkscreen poster is in excellent (B+) condition; aside from a tiny thin horizontal roll crease along the lower left margin, a hint of roughness along the left margin (this edge was cut by hand, as were all of them), a tiny smudge in the lower right/center margin and a few loose soft handling creases hiding within the image area, it is a GORGEOUS example of this now 28-year-old commemorative silkscreen for the VERY FIRST Russ Gibb-produced show at the Grande.
