Original 1st printing 11 x 17" concert poster for a benefit for Ethiopia featuring Jerry Garcia and Merl Saunders appearing with Taj Mahal and the Rowan Brothers at the Berkeley Community Theatre on 8/23/1974.

 Designer unknown/not credited, medium flat vellum stock poster is in used (B-) condition; there is a large fossilized tape stain in the upper left corner, along with large surface pulls in the upper right corner and bottom center margin, several randomly-placed tack/pin holes/stress bends/handling creases/pin-prick spots and tiny surface scuffs scattered throughout the poster... this one looks like it was removed from public display at the time of the show, it has a few battle scars- but it's still all there.

 MEGA-SCARCE Jerry Garcia/Merl Saunders item from a fairly obscure mid-'74 Berkeley benefit show. Apparently Bill Kreutzmann was on drums for this one.
