Original 1st printing 8&1/2 x 11" concert flyer for Chicago blues legend Howlin' Wolf appearing with Big Brother & the Holding Company (featuring Janis Joplin) at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco, CA from 9/23-24/1966 (*show was canceled).

 Thin flat stock flyer is in very good to excellent (B/B+ to B+) condition; ther are tack holes in the upper left/right corners(and a pair of nearly-invisible pin holes in the top center margin) along with a pair of tape shadows in the bottom left/right corner tips, a thin vertical line (drip stain/matte shadow?) along the right margin and a few soft handling bends hiding within the image area, otherwise fine.
 
 VERY NICE-looking original example of this classic 1966 Family Dog image.
