Original 1st printing 23&1/8 x 29" untrimmed printer's proof concert poster for the Grateful Dead appearing with the New Riders of the Purple Sage and the Blues Brothers at Winterland in San Francisco, CA on 12/31/1978 (the FINAL Winterland show).

 Art by Stanley Mouse and Alton Kelley, image is featured in the Art of Rock book on page 343 (plate 4.38). 

 Medium-thick glossy-coated index stock proof sheet is in very good (B/B+) condition; aside from a bit of handling/creasing and a few tiny rub marks along the top margin, a couple of diagonal corner bends, a light to moderate amount of creasing along the left margin, a few soft bends/handling creases scattered around the outer edges of the image area and a hint of toning on the reverse, it is a VERY nice-looking 1st printing example of one of the most popular Dead images of all time.
