Original 1st printing 13&3/4 x 21&1/4" concert poster for the Swinging Machine appearing from 7/15-21/1968 and the Slithy Toves appearing from 7/22-28/1968, all shows held at the Other Place in Nag's Head, NC.

 Art (and light show) by the Travel Bureau (Ron Primm/Charlie Ober), this is the fourth poster in the Other Place series.

Medium-thin flat vellum stock poster is in near mint (A- to A-/B+) condition; aside from a few nearly-invisible soft creases/handling dings hiding within the image area and a stray edge bump or two, it is a STUNNING example of this EXTREMELY low-run oddball psychedelic concert poster from the Outer Banks of North Carolina; the venue apparently only lasted for the summer of 1968, but they managed to create a couple of very spohisticated posters (we have another one from the previous engagement featured separately) ...for an in-depth look at the brief (and fascinating) story of The Other Place, click HERE:
