Original 1st printing 5&1/2 x 8&1/2" concert handbill for Quicksilver Messenger Service with Big Brother & the Holding Company (with Janis Joplin) and the Jaywalkers on 7/1/1966, the Great! Society (with Grace Slick), Sopwith Camel and the Charlatans on 7/2/1966 and the Grateful Dead with Love (featuring Arthur Lee) and Group B on 7/3/1966, all shows held at the Fillmore Auditorium in San Francisco, CA.
Art by Wes Wilson, image is # 14 in the Bill Graham/Fillmore series.
Thin flat stock handbill is in near mint to excellent (A-/B+ to B+) condition; aside from a tiny pin-prick spot in the lower margin, a tiny bend in the top right corner tip and a couple of nearly-invisible handling dings hiding within the image area, it is a VERY sharp example of this early Fillmore handbill.
