Original 1st printing 5&7/8 x 5&7/8" concert handbill for Big Brother & the Holding Company (featuring Janis Joplin) appearing with Love (featuring Arthur Lee) and C.I.A. (Citizens for Interplanetary Activity) at the Rock Garden in San Francisco, CA from 3/21-26/1967.

 Art by Michael Wood/Pyxis Studios, image is featured in the Art of Rock book on page 196 (plate 2.214).

 Medium flat vellum stock handbill is in good/decent (B to B/B-) condition; there are a few fairly prominent creases/bends scattered throughout the image area, along with a couple of small edge tears, corner-tip creases and bit of surface wear (a few tiny pin-prick spots and scuffs), otherwise fine... a slightly worn, but still presentable specimen.
