Original 1st printing 6 x 9&1/2" concert handbill for the legendary Sly & the Family Stone appearing with Rare Earth and Ruth Copeland at Madison Square Garden in New York City from 9/8-10/1971.

 Designer unknown/not credited, medium-thin glossy stock handbill is in good/decent (B to B/B-) condition; there are a series of semi-flattened horizontal/vertical creases (item was folded into 1/8ths and pressed out), along with pieces of clear tape in all four corners, a bit of moisture rippling along the bottom edge, a few tiny handling dings/stress creases scattered throughout the image area and a bit of wear along the horizontal creases, otherwise OK. 

 Conditional issues aside, this is a KILLER Sly image from his early-'70's commercial peak. First time I have had the handbill.
