Original 1st printing 8&1/2 x 14" double-sided stadium map/information sheet and 3&1/2 x 5&1/2" card/handbill (Michael Everett Summer 1995 Tour) for the Grateful Dead appearing at Soldier Field in Chicago, IL from 7/8-9/1995 (*final Grateful Dead shows with Jerry Garcia)

Thin flat stock info sheet is in very good (B/B+) condition; this one has a horizontal fold (as issued), a light amount of creasing/handling wear, a couple of soft roll creases, a few light diagonal corner bends and a soft pin-prick spot or two, otherwise fine. The card (printed on medium-thick glossy stock) is in mint/near mint (A/A- to A-) condition- very clean.
