Original 1st printing 13&1/4 x 21&5/8" concert poster for the Rascals appearing with Southwind and Cock Robin at the Swing Auditorium in San Bernadino, CA on 1/10/1970.
Art by Ray Hidalgo, medium-thin flat vellum stock poster is in decent/used (B-) condition; there is a large 2 x 1" chunk of paper missing from the upper right corner, a smaller 1 x 1" chunk out of the top left corner, multiple staple holes/wedge pulls in all four corners, along with a moderate amount of of moisture rippling to the paper, toning, moderate handling wear, several smalledge teares scattered around the outer margin area, a quartet of tape shadows on the reverse.... you get the idea. This one was pretty obviously taken down from public display at the time of the show by an enthusiastic fan. Good restoration candidate.
Conditional issues aside, this is a VERY cool-looking low-run oddball psychedelic concert poster with a great design and for some weird reason, a photo of Blood, Sweat & Tears/Blues Project singer/keyboardist (and super-producer) Al Kooper in the center of the image area. Go figure.
