Original 1st printing 15&3/8 x 22&1/4" (linen-backed to 18&3/4 x 25&1/4" total size) concert poster for the Grateful Dead and Quicksilver Messenger Service appearing at Governor's Hall in Sacramento, CA on 12/28/1966. 

Art by Ogden, image ("Vivid Vision" A/K/A "Beaux Arts Ball-Version 2") is featured in the Art of Rock on page 260 (plate 3.14). 

Medium-thin flat index stock poster has been professionally restored (and linen-backed for reinforcement) to excellent (B+) condition; from what I can see, there is an approximately 2-3" diagonal wedge of paper replacement in the upper left corner, along with a few small sealed edge tears, some pressed-out creases and a few additional touch-ups- most of the work seems to be limited to the outer edges and the aforementioned corner- the rest of the image area looks to be untouched.

 Overall, a very presentable-looking restored/backed specimen of this strange-looking late-'66 GD/QMS poster.
