Original 1st printing (OP-1 in the Eric King guide, thick gray stock with the little fibrous "hairs") 14 x 20&1/4" concert poster for Los Angeles psych-rockers Love (featuring Arthur Lee) appearing with the Sons of Adam and the Charlatans at the Fillmore Auditorium (this was the final FD show held at the Fillmore) in San Francisco, CA from 4/8-9/1966.
Art by Wes Wilson, image ("Dirty Old Man") is # 4 in the Family Dog/Avalon series.
Thick flat fibrous vellum stock poster has been professionally restored to excellent (B+) condition; there has been a bit of paper fill/repair in each of the corners and around the edges (staple holes, pulls, tattering), along with a flattened horizontal center crease, a flattened diagonal bend in the lower left corner and a bit of light touch-up in a few areas, plus there is a bit of waviness and one or two tiny stress bends lurking within the image area, but the overall look of the piece is fantastic. VERY nice indeed.
A KILLER example of the (hard-to-find) 1st printing "Dirty Old Man" poster.
